TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Summit website and, where relevant, bookings and tickets purchased through the website.

2. AGE & ALCOHOL
Summit is an 18+ venue. Valid photo identification may be required for entry or the purchase of alcohol. We promote responsible drinking and reserve the right to refuse the sale or service of alcohol to anyone who appears intoxicated. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. Please drink responsibly.
3. ADMISSION & CONDUCT
Entry to Summit is subject to opening hours, capacity and compliance with our house rules. We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask a guest to leave for legitimate reasons, including intoxication, aggressive, abusive or threatening behaviour, possession or use of illegal drugs, or behaviour that may endanger staff, other guests or the venue. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Guests must follow reasonable instructions given by Summit staff and security personnel, particularly in relation to safety, capacity and evacuation procedures.
4. ENTRY FEES
An entry fee may apply on selected nights or for special events. Where applicable, the price and any conditions attached to entry will be communicated before admission or at the time of purchasing a ticket. Entry fees are non-refundable once admission has been granted, except where required by law.
5. TICKETS & REFUNDS
Tickets may be sold for selected events. Ticket prices, entry conditions and any applicable cancellation or refund policy will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Any event-specific refund or cancellation policy displayed during the booking process forms part of the conditions of that purchase.
6. RESERVATIONS
Reservations and table bookings are subject to availability. Any specific conditions relating to a reservation, including arrival times, deposits, minimum spend or cancellation conditions, will be communicated during the booking process where applicable.
7. SAFETY
For everyone's safety, guests must comply with instructions from Summit staff and security personnel. Emergency exits, fire equipment and evacuation routes must not be obstructed or interfered with at any time. In an emergency, guests must follow all evacuation and safety instructions immediately.
8. WEBSITE CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. Opening hours, entertainment, prices and other information may occasionally change.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, is owned by Summit or used with permission. It may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
